"I am a Funerals Celebrant, trained and accredited by Humanist UK. I abide by the Humanists UK Code of Conduct with a commitment to professional development, training, and accreditation.

I bring a wealth of life experience to every ceremony, an ensure that each service is as unique as the individual.

Originally from Sheffield, I live in Wingerworth, Chesterfield with my husband Aidan, and our 2 cats Olive and Freyja.

Our children have 'fled the nest', forging their own life journey and making memories; we are incredibly close and I hope to become a Grandma one day!!

My Mum is very dear to me: she's 98 years of age and I love to spend time with her.

I work as an NHS Nurse in Mental Health, though semi-retired, I hope to be able to fulfil my Celebrant role as my sole vocation" Anne

A humanist non-religious funeral is led by a celebrant, rather than a religious official.

It is a testament to a unique life.
Humanist funerals often include non-religious music and readings, as well as time for reflection.
They can be as traditional – or not – as you wish.

My fees

My fee is £210 for a Ceremony, this may be included in your Funeral fees.

I cover all of Derbyshire, South Yorkshire, North Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas.

I may ask for reasonable travel expenses over a 20 mile radius of my home address.
